REFUND POLICY
Due to conference policy, any type of ticket does not allow refunds under any circumstances except event cancellation. If the event cannot be organized due to COVID-19 (coronavirus infection) and/or declared quarantine and/or prohibitions on individual rights and liberties determined during the period of extreme situation and/or force majeure circumstances, but the event is postponed no later than 12 months after the declared prohibitions, any types of tickets do not allow refunds unless the Organizer declares differently. If the event is transferred to the online format, the tickets are not refunded. If the purchaser will not agree with the newly established event date and/or format, no later than 30 days after the purchaser informs about the said disagreement, the organizer issues a coupon, of no less than the purchased tickets’ value, for the event that did not take place. The coupon expiration date is 12 months, and after that period, it is no longer valid.
